Tuna Casserole - Johanne


A cheap and simple way to have supper ready in no time.

Ingredients

1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ c. milk
1 can peas, drained, or 1 cup frozen (optional)
1 ½ cups broad egg noodles, cooked as per package instructions and drained
Butter
½ - 1 cup dry bread crumbs or crushed soda crackers

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together, except butter and bread crumbs.
2. Pour mixture in a buttered ovenproof dish (9 in. square), dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
3. Bake in a 350° F. oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
