Sour Cream Cheese Cake - Rajheem


I LOVE cheesecake!!!

Pie Crust

Use pre-made pie graham pie shells

Pre-heat oven to 375ºF

 

Filling

2 well-beaten eggs
3/4 lb soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice OR 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix above ingredients together well, then pour into crust.
2. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven.
3. Dust the top with cinnamon.
4. Let the cake cool to room temperature.
5. Turn UP the heat of the oven to 425ºF.
6. Mix the following and pour over the cake:
  • 1 1/2 cups thick cultured sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
7. Bake for 5 minutes to glaze the cake. Take out and let cool.
8. Refrigerate for 6-12 hours before serving.
