Here are two different recipes for smoothies, I love them both. This is a great way to start your day!
Ingredients for yogurt-based smoothie
This serves 2-4 people.
1 cup ripe strawberries (we use frozen)
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp clear honey
½ cup plain yogurt
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
Ingredients for fruit-only smoothie
1 ½ cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup of strawberries
1 banana
juice of 1 lime
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
