Salmon - Ingrid


Ingredients
Salmon
Butter
Lemon juice
Fresh dill

Directions
1. On grill/BBQ, dab salmon with butter, sprinkle with lemon juice and fresh dill.
2. Grill for approximately 15 minutes with the lid down.
Note: On the grill it is often easier to have salmon with skin on, as it will not fall apart as easily. You can do some on a cookie sheet lined with foil in the oven at 350˚ for approx 15 min. and broil to dry off for another 5 min.
