“The up-and-coming BBQ master”
Ingredients
Pork (roast, rolled, or other)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup soya sauce
½ cup cooking oil
½ lemon, squeezed
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Directions
1. Cut up pork into cubes1 inch squares
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and pour over the pork. Marinade overnight.
3. Prior to cooking, skewer 5-7 pieces on bamboo skewers
4. Pre-heat BBQ on med-high heat. Put skewers on BBQ and immediately reduce heat to low.
5. Turn often until outside is med-well done (about 10 minutes).
Serve with peanut sauce, rice and sambal.
Note: Chicken can easily be substituted for the pork.
