Oma's Oxtail Stew - Kartini


This is Yummy, and the fact is that I ALWAYS beg Oma to make this when I come down to visit her. Also very good and more flavourful the next day

Ingredients
1 lb Oxtail
Beef stock
Flour, salt, pepper,
Thyme, parsley, bay leaves
Onions
Carrots

Directions
1. Wash the Oxtail.
2. Dust oxtail with flour.
3. Brown the meat (Oxtail)
4. Put in diced onions, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and bay leaves.
5. Put in the beef stock. 
6. Simmer all the ingredients for 3 hours (on the back burner). This will cause the oxtail meat to "fall off the bones".

You can serve it with steamed rice, or noodles.
