This is Yummy, and the fact is that I ALWAYS beg Oma to make this when I come down to visit her. Also very good and more flavourful the next day
Ingredients
1 lb Oxtail
Beef stock
Flour, salt, pepper,

Directions
2. Dust oxtail with flour.
3. Brown the meat (Oxtail)
4. Put in diced onions, salt, pepper,
5. Put in the beef stock.
6. Simmer all the ingredients for 3 hours (on the back burner). This will cause the oxtail meat to "fall off the bones".
You can serve it with steamed rice, or noodles.
