Ingredients
1 package soft ripened goat's cheese
1 can pitted black olives
Fresh basil
Chopped garlic

Directions
1. In food processor, combine olives, garlic and fresh basil to taste. Don’t chop too fine.
2. Spread goat's cheese in the bottom of a wide bowl/dish, pour a little olive oil over the goat’s cheese, and then top with olive mixture.
3. Let stand for at least one hour before serving.
4. Just before serving, slice tomatoes and place around edge of platter.
