French Vinaigrette - Alain


The taste of France in jar.

Ingredients

¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil (canola is a good choice)
1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
1-2 tsp sugar or honey
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigourously until well blended.
2. Store in refrigerator to allow flavours to blend.
Shake thoroughly each time before use.
