Clam Dip - Gabriella


"Love that clam dip.
It's great with chips.
And every bite goes

Ingredients
1 large package cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Several slices bacon, fried and chopped
10 chopped basil leaves
½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can clams, drained (reserve liquid and add later for consistency)
minced onion, to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Mix together and serve with toasted pita slices or, as Gabriella especially likes it, potato chips.
