Very chic chicken.
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans mixed peas and carrots, including liquid
2 cups diced cooked chicken
4 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup milk
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients, except the chicken, milk and corn starch, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Slowly stir in diced chicken. Dilute corn starch in a bit of water and add to the boiling liquid. Boil until thickened slightly.
3. Reduce heat, add milk, stirring well, until heated through.
Serve in puff pastry cups, on a bed of rice, or on toasts.
