Cheese Thingy - Matthew


Ok, so here’s the deal. I love cheese and I hate dishes, so this is a fantastic combination of lots of cheese and very few dirty pots and pans to clean. Oh yeah, this is also super simple and takes like 15 minutes, which is grand when you’re living on your own or for midnight munchies…

Ingredients
Cheese (and lots of it!) I like cheddar, Edam and a little parmesan
Leftovers (mac & cheese and spaghetti work best)
Any sort of cooked meat you wish

Directions
1. Heat up your leftovers in the microwave.
2. Grab an aluminum pan and put the leftovers in the pan (with any of the meat). Then put your combination of as many cheeses as possible on top of the leftovers in the pan.
3. Put the pan under the broiler until the cheese is all bubbly, and voilà!!! Cheese thingy.
