Asparagus - Ingrid


Ingredients
2 lbs asparagus, soaked and washed to remove all grit
Directions
1. Line a large cookie sheet with tin foil, lay asparagus - dot with butter,
sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon juice - broil until slightly browned -
stirring frequently to avoid burning.
2. Remove from oven and lie out on platter, decorate with cherry tomatoes - can
be served warm or at room temperature.
